Me being silly!
My name is Brittany (middle name Chanel...my mother liked the perfume!) and I am a former military brat — raised in Alaska — Okie! I lived in Alaska until I was 18, then moved back to my birth state of Oklahoma with my family. I attended college at a small school in Southeastern Oklahoma and had every intention of getting the heck out of this state....then I met this stud.
That would be Chase, my super hot fiancé, best friend, biggest supporter, and love of my life. I never thought I would fall in love with a sweet talkin' small town boy with a country twang, but I'm so glad I did. We are getting married in July and I cannot wait to spend my life with him!
Anyways, after working in the newspaper industry for a year or so, I decided to go back to school to get my master's. I wound up at the awesome Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!) and am almost halfway done with my degree. I'm not sure what I want to pursue when I graduate, but I have a year to figure it out!
This blog will follow anything from my daily ramblings and opinions on things to what beauty products I love to healthy (and some not so healthy) recipes and stuff!
I love red lipstick, the color black, Mexican food, black eyeliner, stilettos, magazines, mascara, coffee, chocolate chip cookies, sweet potatoes...and a ton of other things! :)
